    One of the hardest parts about living with a vestibular disorder is dealing with constant dizziness. It’s such a terribly unpleasant and unsettling sensation. Feeling dizziness daily is exhausting more than most people know. Our brains use so much energy in attempting to compensate for dizziness. 🧽 Synthetic fragrance isn’t the only trigger to watch for. 

 🪣  Common household cleaning products also contain chemicals that can trigger a migraine attack. Especially when cleaning inside, chemical toxins called volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are released into the air triggering symptoms for some.

🧹 If you’re sensitive to dust and pollen consider wearing a mask and dusting with a wet cloth to reduce the effects of this common migraine trigger.
